Our Parish provides opportunities of religious education and Sacramental preparation for Grades K-12 at different levels.
Children's Religious Education
The Children's Religious Education Program at St. Anthony provides faith formation for children from Kindergarten through 8th grade, teaching the person of Jesus Christ as well as the prayers, practices and traditions of our Catholic Faith. In-Person classes will begin on Sunday, September 10, 2023 - Registration is OPEN LAST Day to Register is Sept. 24, 2023
Our High School Confirmation Program is a two-year faith formation program. Registration is OPEN - last to register for class is Sept. 24, 2023
1st Year Confirmation Classes start Sept. 10, 2023 ; 10:30 am to 11:45 am; St. Anthony Parish Hall.
2nd Year Confirmation Classes start Sept. 10, 2023; 10:30am to 11:45am; St. Francis Youth House located at 602 Indiana Street in Robstown. All Confirmation students will attend the 12 noon Mass with Class.
The EDGE is a Catholic middle school youth ministry experience created for early adolescents in grades six, seven, and eight. Goals of the EDGE Program are to assist middle school youngsters in gaining an understanding and appreciation of what the Catholic Church teaches and believes and to develop an identity in middle school youth and in the EDGE ministry as being a vital and visual presence within the parish community. The EDGE meets on Wednesdays in the St. Francis Youth House from 7:00 p.m. till 8:30 p.m. EDGE begins Wednesday, August 9, 2023. For more information, contact the Marty De Los Santos at 361-460-4397
Life Teen is a Catholic high school relational ministry program for 9th-12th graders. Our goal is to lead teens closer to Christ through the Eucharist. Life Teen begins with Mass at 6 p.m. then gathers in the St. Francis Youth House till 9 p.m. For more information, contact the Parish Office at 361-387-2774.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
Vacation Bible School (VBS) offers an exciting educational program that brings our youth closer to Jesus Christ. It takes place for one week in June.
ADULT SACRAMENT PREPARATION
St. Anthony Catholic Church offers preparation classes to Adults who are at least 18+ years old, no longer in high school, and have not received the Sacraments of Initiation: Baptism, Holy Communion, and Confirmation.
